Our classes are open to all age groups and levels of ability. Each workout of the day can be tailored to match your own personal skill level and goal. Open Gym is available at the designated times stated below and between the hours of 10:30am-4:30pm when classes are not on. (Weekdays only)
Classes are 12 people max and must be booked in advance.
